Two service tracks: In‑Home Living Support (IHLS) and Community Direct Support (CDSN)
Whether you need a vendor agency for In‑Home Living Support (IHLS) and Community Direct Support (CDSN), Aviva keeps the process electronic, flexible, and stress-free. All IHLS and CDSN workers are hired as 1099 independent contractors — you manage your own work methods and schedule, and receive a Form 1099‑NEC for income over $600 annually instead of a W‑2.
