New Mexico's self-directed Medicaid waiver
Mi Via is a self-directed Medicaid waiver program in New Mexico that lets participants manage their own home and community-based services — including hiring and directing their own support staff. As a Mi Via vendor, Aviva connects Direct Support Professionals with participants who need In‑Home Living Support (IHLS) or Community Direct Support (CDSN), and serves as Employer of Record for participants who self-direct their own care.
