About Aviva

Stress-free support, where it matters most

Aviva is committed to making services simple, convenient, and dependable. Our electronic timekeeping system allows you to document services quickly from your phone or computer, giving you more time to focus on supporting your participant. To meet state requirements and help prevent delays, all hours must be submitted within 48 hours of the service being provided. We recommend entering your hours at the end of each shift whenever possible. Friendly reminders and support are available to help you stay on track. With years of experience in the Mi Via community, our team is here to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Employer of Record Services

We support Employer of Records by assisting them in ensuring that the participant's health and safety are maintained, that all contractors have completed their initial and annual training, and that they are eligible to work through the Caregiver's Criminal History Screening Program (CCHSP).
